Your responsibilities will range from handling and coordinating drain repairs and septic tank cleaning to flooding control and wastewater management, as well as providing responsive support to customers in need. HGV driver/operators at Lanes are relied upon for much more than simply driving. Instead, by taking on this role, you will be trained in the use of our sophisticated jetting equipment and other tools to get involved directly in our core engineering work, while also liaising with customers directly.
This will give you the opportunity to take the wheel of one of our distinctive fleet of state-of-the-art Lanes vehicles, utilising your professional driving skills while also broadening your expertise and gaining new qualifications.
Prior drainage industry experience is beneficial for these roles, but is by no means essential, as we are keen to take on professional drivers who are looking for an exciting opportunity to take their careers in a new direction.
