Depot Lead Jobs
Our depot network is the lifeblood of Lanes Group. With depots all across the UK, we rely on strong leadership to keep each of our sites running smoothly. That’s why we’re looking for dedicated depot leads to take a vital role in maintaining our day-to-day operations, upholding health and safety standards and delivering service excellence to commercial and residential customers nationwide.
As the UK’s largest privately owned drainage contractor, our depot managers, assistant depot managers and depot staff play a key part in keeping operations efficient, compliant and customer-focused. You’ll be responsible for overseeing operations, inspiring your team and working closely with customers to maintain the high standard of service that defines our brand.
The role is fast-paced, hands-on and rewarding. You’ll manage people, resources and procedures to achieve full compliance with our company’s health and safety policies, while helping to drive continued growth and outstanding service levels across your own depot.
