Since 1992, we have been at the forefront of the drainage industry, growing to become the largest privately owned drainage contractor in the country, with more than 2,200 employees and 25 depots, utility hubs and offices across the UK.

Ever since we started, we have been driven by three core values, which have shaped every layer of the organisation. They have ensured that our customers and clients get the very best levels of service possible, in addition to making sure we are an employer that can attract and retain the best professionals in the sector.

Integrity

Our second core value focuses on having integrity in the following ways:

  • Approachability - Customers should find us pleasant to deal with, and internal team members should always feel that internal communication is quick and easy.
  • Lead by example - We lead by example - externally by being beacons of innovation within our industry, and internally by never asking a member of the team to do something that we ourselves are not prepared to do.
  • Honesty - This runs through every level of the business. We aim to always give the best possible advice to potential customers and partners, even if it means losing out on a piece of work, or advising them that they no longer need our services.
  • Reliability - If we say we are going to do something, we do it - on time, and on budget. Trustworthiness is what people remember, and what businesses rely on from their contractors, so we need to go out of our way to establish a sense of trust as early into our working relationship as possible.
  • Community-focused - We are dedicated to people. Even though we are a nationwide group, we want our customers to see us as a local business that specialises in whichever area of the country they are. We also take great pride in our charity and community work.
  • Loyalty - By encouraging loyalty within our organisation, we encourage the same loyalty from our millions of customers across the UK.

Collaboration
