HGV driver/operators

These roles are ideal for experienced drivers seeking a more varied and hands-on role. You’ll be responsible for transporting equipment, carrying out cleaning and maintenance tasks on site, and supporting engineers with specialist operations.

This is a job where you’ll meet customers, visit different locations, and build expertise in drainage systems. We offer full training, so drainage experience isn’t essential - just a clean licence and a commitment to working to the highest safety standards.

Drainage engineers and operative

Drainage engineers are at the heart of our work. You’ll undertake inspections, CCTV surveys, repairs and emergency callouts, using industry-leading equipment to deliver professional results.

Whether you’re completing routine maintenance or resolving urgent problems, you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering a peerless service. You’ll also be given the opportunity to shadow experienced colleagues, build leadership skills and grow your career.

Groundworkers

As a groundworker, you'll support excavation and maintenance projects of every size. Expect to take on emerging issues, such as damaged pipes, or play an important role during preparation for large-scale repairs. You'll join a supportive team that values professionalism and keeping everyone safe.
