Our team provides a complete range of drain and sewer services to domestic and commercial clients in Scotland. This includes clearing blockages, specialised dockyard cleaning, industrial estate drainage maintenance and homebuyers’ CCTV drainage surveys.

We are always on the lookout for qualified HGV operators to apply for our Edinburgh-based driver/operator job vacancies. These are much more than basic driver roles, as staff will be expected to get directly involved in the essential engineering, repair and maintenance work we perform.
Taking the wheel of one of our distinctive fleet of Lanes vehicles, our vehicle operators will be extensively trained to make full use of our top-of-the-range tools and equipment. These staff members will also interact directly with clients, delivering the top-notch customer service experience for which Lanes is known.
Prior drainage industry experience is beneficial but not essential, which makes this an ideal opportunity for professional drivers from other backgrounds to retrain in an exciting new line of work.

Our engineering crew are responsible for imaging, repairing and unblocking drains and sewers of all shapes and sizes across Scotland, working with some of the most sophisticated technology available. In this role you can expect to take on all kinds of challenges, from domestic emergency callouts to ongoing work supporting major wastewater network projects.

Join our Edinburgh administrative team on the East Mains Industrial Estate in Broxburn, and discover what it means to be part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will work closely with our field-based engineers and drivers to make sure our operations across the region are running efficiently.
