We’re always looking for skilled, hard-working and energetic staff to join our groundworker teams, who play a key role in leading the small civils and excavations that are often required as part of our drain maintenance work. By joining our team, you’ll be going hands-on in a highly physical outdoor role, facilitating important work for clients across the country.
Lanes is the UK’s largest privately owned drainage contractor, with 25 regional offices and depots across the country. As such, we can provide varied long-term opportunities for groundworkers, with plenty of pathways for career development.
