Our people work across every part of the drainage industry. We maintain and install drainage systems, perform CCTV surveys and handle drainage installation and maintenance for commercial buildings, civil engineering projects and surface water networks.

We also use advanced technologies to maintain vacuum drainage systems, unblock drains and carry out patch lining, pipe laying and manhole construction. Skills and experience we look for at Lanes

The ideal candidate for our drainage engineer roles or related job positions will have:

• A full UK driving licence.
• A solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Technical expertise in plumbing services, vacuum drainage systems or associated pumps.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to teamwork, quality and identifying effective solutions.

Previous experience in drainage, civil engineering or engineering is preferred, but not always essential. We provide training and progression opportunities for those who show enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
