Our Slough depot is the operational centre of our partnership with Thames Water, the UK’s largest water supplier. With over 900 staff and 350 specialist vehicles operating from this site, we provide 24/7 drainage services to more than 15 million customers across the Home Counties and London, delivering more than 1,000 planned and emergency maintenance jobs each week.

These roles go far beyond basic driving. As a driver/operator, you’ll be responsible for using high-pressure jet vac units and supporting reactive maintenance work across the region. You’ll interact directly with customers, help diagnose site issues and carry out drainage-related tasks with your field team.
No prior experience in drainage is required - just a clean licence and a commitment to succeed. Full training is provided on all systems and equipment.
