Our teams of integral office-based staff are heavily relied upon behind the scenes to make sure our field engineers and drivers have all of the information they need to satisfy the requirements of our millions of clients in their time of need. These roles are intensely customer-focused, with an emphasis on strong communication skills.

With 25 offices and depots across the country, Lanes is the UK’s largest privately owned drainage contractor, and we are committed to providing our staff with varied long-term career pathways and opportunities for personal development.
