We’re aware that women are still underrepresented in engineering, transport and utilities. It’s a challenge that affects the wider industry - one we’re actively working to address.
One of the ways we do this is by encouraging women into leadership roles across our organisation. Female professionals play a central role in shaping how we operate, while also offering valuable support to others progressing through their careers. Where possible, we also provide flexible working arrangements, helping all employees - particularly those with family or caring responsibilities - build fulfilling, long-term careers with us.
