This apprenticeship has been really good for me so far, I have been able to see how valuable it is to work as a team in order to keep things running smoothly within a business. I have also been shown that effective communication can contribute to the success and productivity of the company. At the start of my apprenticeship I was told that the people I would be working with are like one big family that would help me in any way they could, 3 months on I really believe that statement to be true as I’ve been made to feel like a valued member of staff and that If I had any issues I can confidently talk about it with my team. – Ella – Business Admin Level 3
