Talent Acquisition Specialist, Lanes Group

Cathy Dyos serves as the talent acquisition manager at Lanes Group, responsible for recruitment activities associated with our Thames Water Contract.

In this role, she is dedicated to delivering transparent and effective recruitment solutions covering a variety of disciplines. Cathy works to promote a direct sourcing model while engaging with key stakeholders to offer a quick and efficient recruitment delivery process.

A qualified member of the Chartered Management Institute, she has more than 30 years of experience in the recruitment sector, with her work covering the full breadth of the recruitment life cycle, from entry level to directorial engagement.

During her long career, she has worked for organisations such as Christopher Benn Associates and Barnardo’s. Most notably, she spent almost three decades working for Reed, eventually becoming a senior regional director, responsible for overseeing the activities of 43 offices.

Cathy’s expertise in key areas such as talent acquisition, service delivery, business partnering, stakeholder engagement, recruitment events and interviewing has made her an essential part of the Lanes team, helping the company to gain access to the talent we require to grow.
