Aside from specific skills and qualifications required for certain jobs, we generally look for:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• A strong work ethic and relevant skills.
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.

Tip: It’s normal to feel nervous during an interview, but try to stay calm and engaged. The interview is as much about making sure the role is right for you as it is about us assessing your skills, so don’t hesitate to ask your own questions.

Making the decision

Once your interview is complete, the hiring manager will review everything and get back to you as soon as possible. If successful, you’ll receive:

• A formal job offer, detailing your salary and start date.
• Pre-employment screening checks, such as right-to-work verification.
• An induction process, where you’ll meet your team and receive full training.
