   • Your full name, contact details and address

   • A copy of your CV and employment history, as well as information on your right to work, availability and notice period

   • Information about your expected salary range, and whether you live within a commutable distance of the role you’re applying for

3. If your initial application meets the required criteria, we will get in touch to discuss your application in more detail

4. Once we have reviewed your application, you may be invited to attend a face-to-face interview at the relevant hiring depot, for an in-depth conversation about the role. If there are any specific requirements, such as presentations or assessments, you will be given plenty of time to prepare

5. We will take some time to consider your candidacy and come to a decision about your application. For more senior roles, you may be required to meet us on several occasions before we reach a final decision

6. If you are selected for the role, we will organise a start date, on which you will undergo a full HR and health and safety induction with your line manager or immediate supervisor. We will then help you integrate into our supportive team-based working environment to help you get your career at Lanes up and running
