Employee Relations Advisor, Lanes Group

Amelia Millan is an employee relations advisor, responsible for the day-to-day running of HR functions at Lanes Group and working on our key Thames Water contract.

Having been with Lanes since 2017, Amelia deals with general HR enquiries, manages and advises on employee relations cases, and provides training on HR policies and procedures for managers across the business.

She is also responsible for producing HR analytics to examine retention levels and sickness trends, while liaising with the talent acquisition manager to support with any recruitment needs.

Having recently obtained a CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR management, Amelia offers considerable expertise in the areas of employee relations, staff engagement and general HR issues, and is known across the team for her commitment to strong communication, organisation and teamwork.
